No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted. All sales are final. Exceptions, if approved, will be refunded. Please be sure you checkout with the items needed/wanted as anything 'accidentally' ordered will not receive a refund. No refunds for broken or damaged products are permitted. If a wrong address was given at checkout that was not quickly resolved with us, or you do not pick up the package, the package will most likely be returned as a 'Return to Sender' package from the post office. If this occurs, no refund will be made. Please ensure the address you use at checkout is correct. Lost or stolen packages will also not be refunded or replaced.
